Im unable to respond to open cases because amazon keep closing them when i respond,
im in the process of trying to proof authenticity of my inventory and i cant do this because amazon is not allowing me to communicate with agents, also my emails are being ignored,
Anyone experienced this or knows how to resolve it ?
