For anyone who uses a managed refund service, have you been happy with it? We currently use Helium10, but are very confused where we see those managed refunds that they find come back. Does anyone know where those are show in payments or ledgers? We pay a percent of refunds found, but I'm currently unable to reconcile if they really found those reimbursements/refunds for us.
