We received the following email: "We have granted an A-to-z Guarantee claim for 60.61€ for order 403-5960893-8925157. We have charged the amount to your account, but the claim will not be counted towards your defective order ratio.

We were given reason for this customer complaint! The customer complained that he did not receive the product, but we had proven that the customer received the product and within the time limit and Amazon agreed with us... even so, Amazon maintained the decision to refund the customer!!!

What sense does that make!? This is ROBBERY! If the customer is wrong, they keep the product and the money, why!?

We ask for help from someone from Amazon!
