I applied for child access about a month ago, but it still shows 'Thank you for submitting KYC information.' When I created a case, they mentioned that the passport name does not match and that I can correct the information in 'Manage Permissions.' However, when I go to 'Manage Permissions,' it still says 'Thank you for submitting KYC information.' Despite trying to create child access multiple times, each time it states incorrect information, even though I have provided the correct details. It’s been about two weeks, and Amazon hasn't replied to my case. Can anyone help me?

Could you clarify what you mean by "child account"? Are you referring to an issue with the permissions for a secondary account?

If that's the case, please note that the passport used for verification needs to match the secondary user's identity. It should not contain the primary account holder's information. This mismatch could be the reason why the KYC process is failing.

Can you confirm if this is the issue you're facing? Let me know if I've understood correctly.
