All teams skirting responsibility - Please Help!!

Amazon treating like a stranger not a partner..

My account is deactivated and each team I contact for help is ignoring me completely or

telling me it’s not their responsibility and directing me to someone else.

I need someone help to reinstate my selling privileges @Ezra_Amazon @Julia_Amazon @Sakura_Amazon_ @Sarah_Amzn@Winston_Amazon

I recently failed the business establishment verification process that is associated with

my value-added tax (VAT). I do not meet the criteria for being VAT established in the

UK, but I can’t update my address so Amazon can verify my identity. Please review the

following timeline of events and notify me what Amazon needs so I can continue selling:

 In May, Amazon first notified me they could not verify my address for VAT

purposes, and I had an unpaid VAT balance

 On June 24, I paid my VAT balance via wire transfer

 At that time, I also realized I do not meet the criteria for being established in the

UK for VAT purposes

 Although I have a virtual office in the UK, I physically operate my account from

my residence in Lithuania

 I believed once I settled my unpaid VAT and updated my Seller Central business

address so it could be verified, I would be eligible for reinstatement

 I cannot update my business address in Seller Central and 10 of my Amazon

marketplaces have been deactivated. My business is at a stand-still.

 At Account Health Support’s direction, yesterday I contacted vat-number-

appeals@amazon.com  and they confirmed that my VAT had been repaid, but

they could not otherwise help and told me to contact Support again

I have complied with your request to pay the VAT, provided all documentation, and now

ask that I be allowed to go through the business establishment verification process that

is associated with my value-added tax (VAT).

I have contacted from bottom up all contacts at amazon.. even 3 accountants in the UK and country where I live Lithuania, all of them can't understand what is the problem from financial side to operate this business..
