We have one shipment, 4 boxes, delivered to Olyphant, PA on 4/7/2025. We have a signed POD from DHL Express (with Time and date). This package has not yet been checked in. We've had over 10 contacts with Amazon help to resolve this issue and get our product checked in to the Amazon FBA distribution; we have provided the signed POD, shipping labels and shipping ID but are being told Amazon has no record of the product being delivered. Now we've been told we need an ISO and appt. number which we've unable to get from DHL.

Clearly the product is there - we have a signed and dated proof of delivery. What does it take to get Amazon to check this in?????
