Are you asking how to send a SHIPPING CONTAINER to your manufacturer? That's not the way it works. Your manufacturer should have access to boxes or shipping containers to get your product to the US.

If you're asking about creating a shipment so your manufacturer will ship directly to FBA, let me caution against that. There are hundreds of threads in the forums about those who go this route and at best loose money, and at worst get suspended from Amazon. As a new seller, you should touch all of the product you sell. You should inspect it, and make sure it's prepped before sending to FBA. In addition, you probably don't want to send a container of a brand new item to FBA. Storage fees are high (and even higher 4th quarter). Start slow and offer FBA and FBM. As your FBA inventory sells, send in more -- but keep selling FBM while you figure out what your products velocity is.
