Looking for some assistance.
In this month, I had 2 A to Z claims. These 2 orders were fulfilled in April. Now almost 3 months has passed. I haven’t found their return requests from manage return page, the customers never contacted us to provide return tracking id or receipt. There was nothing about their returns, i haven’t received the returns. I stated this in our appeal, but Amazon still granted the claims.
I don’t know why the customers can successfully file a claim after they have been kept the items for nearly 3 months without returning.
Amazon transferred my case days ago. But until now, I haven't received any answers from Amazon.
