Confirm carrier and pallet information errors
We are still getting the "something went wrong. please try again later" error when we try to confirm carrier and pallet information during our shipment creation/workflow.
This has been an ongoing issue for months and it's wasting our time and money trying to get our FBA shipments completed.
We keep "refreshing" the page without success this time. So all of our case labels are printed at this point.
We should not have to cancel and start over just to be in the exact same situation again. Let alone waste all of the case labels.
Amazon fix your issues on your platform that's what you got people getting paid to do (by sellers) is to fix the glitches/bugs.

I was having the same problem so I moved the ship date back one day and it worked.
