Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
Is it a Section 3 violation for dropshipping, IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
ALSO, post the appeal (if you submitted one) so we can see what you said. SOME appeals actually make things worse rather than better.

You spend two MONTHS actually studying Seller U paying particular attention to the SOURCING section.
BUT, since you couldn't be bothered to learn the rules BEFORE you jumped in the River there is probably nothing that you can do.
Send a nice 'thank you' note to all the YouTube and TikTok video producers that you actually DID watch though. They need some BAD publicity to get them to stop feeding people nonsense.

Start by STOPPING with the contradictory statements.
You say 'I did not sell any of them, I could only sell 1,' but you can NOT have it both ways.
Either you SOLD one -- 'I could only sell 1'
OR
You didn't sell ANY of them -- 'I did not sell any of them'.
You say 'Company names cannot be found' so it SOUNDS like you have no clue as to what you either sold (or didn't sell).
I used to go give talks in treatment centers and some of those guys were more coherent than the above statement.

As you’ve mentioned not being able to reach the individuals who issued the complaint, this would appear to be a received intellectual property complaint from a brand or rights owner. When a brand or rights owner can not confirm that you are an authorized distributor, or do not have a valid supply chain they may issue these concerns to verify your inventory. I would also like to make a note that the brand or rights owner is not required to respond to any communication.

The entire situation sounds like the complaints caused the account health rating to fall below 100 points which caused your deactivation. These types of issues will require you to individually address each complaint to improve the rating.
This will require you to provide a valid invoice, a letter of authorization, or a license agreement. A plan of action cannot be accepted in these situations, only valid documents. With that being said, you mentioned having sold 1, where did you source that 1 sold unit and why do you not have sourcing documentation for it?
