Suspended amazon account appealed but no response

discussion.ive also tried opening cases but to no avail, submitted all ID documents and had them successfully verified by Amazon and got an email about amazon pay account working, but im still suspended with no response from amazon despite the appeal weeks ago, anybody can help please?

I do want to provide guidance to alleviate the frustration you have, but will require more information to better understand.

Would you be able to share the messaging you received at the time of the concern? Did you confirm that the issue is with the pay account? How long has it been since you received the messaging regarding the resolution on the pay account? Have you attempted to submit the messaging you received to our team for them to review?

If you have any additional case IDs or messaging that you would like to share, please share this to the thread for support.
