One listing should have a 5 star review with comments but is showing a 1 star review that I never receved
Not sure if I’m missing something but I have a product that has a 1-star review (no comment), yet according to my feedback manager not only have I never received a 1-star review but this particular item in fact has a 5 star review and a lovely comment thats not being shown at all.
any help/advice would be appresiated

The 1-star review is a rating, not a review.
How do you know you should have a 5-star review with a lovely comment? Maybe it was suppressed by Amazon as not conforming to the guidelines?
Are you definitely talking about product reviews or is it seller feedback?

It looks like only one of your listings has a review/rating - and it is indeed a rating that has been left (which anyone can leave - a lot now leave a number only rating on products via Alexa)
However, wondering if your feedback manager is showing you seller feedback by order as well. You had one left ‘By Grantham on 15 June 2023’ that looks to be for the product in question - though it hasn’t been left as a product review, but seller feedback instead.

Pretty much all of our listings have at least one one rating, each unaccompanied by a review. We’ve also checked many of our UK based competitors, and they have all received similar one star ratings.
I’m sure that there is a rogue seller who systematically leaves false ratings in order to stifle our rankings. Too much of a coincidence for it not to be.

As others have said, you are confusing Product Reviews with Seller Ratings - they are completely separate
Product Review is locked to ASIN (and EAN if it has it) - these will appear by the product listing in the catalog
Seller Rating is a locked to you as a seller. People can check your feedback to see how good a service as a seller you provided - dispatched/delivered on time, polite answering questions, etc. Seller ratings do not appear by the product.
It is difficult to get either feedback removed. If they left a review against your Seller feedback that was wholly product related and not service related you can request it be removed.
Removing the item to relist under a different ASIN is against Amazon policy as the whole point of the catalog is that items that are exactly the same should only be in the catalog the once - then sellers create an offer against that entry. When you delete a listing its never truly deleted - its only removed from your inventory and not from the catalog.

Sorry, I know this isn’t why you posted, and I sympathise it’s unfair people can leave a 1 star review without buying (potentitally) but, you want to check your listing for typos “13 individua dividers” right at the top doesn’t look good.

I get this all the time, I’d say 90% of my seller feedback are actually product reviews.
I cannot stand the product review system either, most people do not bother and all it takes is 1 person who didn’t like it, for whatever reason, and your product is trashed with one 1 star review forever more.
98% of my seller feedback is positive, these reviews could have helped some of my product ratings. I think I need a coffee…

13 Peace Set… Piece maybe?
Nice product though.
