Hi @Seller_0UCr1dzssAjpH, unfortunately receiving times across FCs can vary and be as long as several weeks, so this timeline isn't abnormal or cause for concern about ultimately being received. That said if the eligibility date in your contents tab arrives without receipt of the shipment you can open an investigation and tag a CM like myself here with those details if escalation is needed.
