Vine Review
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to request the removal of a Vine review?
A customer from the Vine program left a 2-star review because the product didn’t meet her expectations. However, the listing clearly describes the product as “little sharks,” and the A+ content also highlights their "mini size." Her review mentions they are small, which seems to be the reason for her low rating. I don’t want to mislead anyone, especially since the size is clearly stated in the product details. The review appears to be based on a mismatch between their personal expectations and the product’s actual description.
I understand that Amazon Vine reviewers are not obligated to leave positive reviews, but their feedback should reflect the product as described and what they received, rather than their personal expectations.

I wanted to stop by and check in to see if you still required assistance with having a Vine review looked at for a possible removal? I did not see a CASE filed with Selling Partner Support on this issue. If you have not filed a case yet, please reach out to them first and share a thorough appeal on why the review should be remove. Be sure to include:
- The ASIN
- The review (either written, linked or both)
- Why the review should be removed
- Additional evidence for the appeal (screenshots)
