video call confirmation email not received

I scheduled video verification call with amazon on 23 april 2025 .i did select 3 time slots and put my merchant token there.It said you will get confirmation email within 48 hours. 72 hours has passed but i did not get the confirmation email from amazon for video call ..

I scheduled video verification call with amazon on 23 april 2025 .i did select 3 time slots and put my merchant token there.It said you will get confirmation email within 48 hours. 72 hours has passed but i did not get the confirmation email from amazon for video call ..

You mentioned that you selected 3 time slots. Can you share with me the date and time of the other 2 appointments? You should receive the confirmation email up to 48 hours before the scheduled time that will be conducted.

We must allow time for all 3 scheduled time to take place. If you do not receive the 3rd and final appointment confirmation, I can pass your information over to that team for a solution to be provided.

  1. Open the appointment reservation form: https://amazonexteu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1Al60vAK91RfVuS
  2. Select three desired time slots on three different dates.
  3. Click "Submit."

Once you have scheduled your new times, you should receive an email notice with a confirmation of your selected dates within 48 hours. I will ask at this time, if you encounter "ANY" roadblocks or issues completing this process, to please capture screenshots of your situation so I can continue working with the appropriate teams on providing next steps or a solution to the issue.

my video veriffication call was scheduled on 30th april but due to internet issue i was unable to do video verification .Now issue has been fixed.

can i use this form provided by you to reshedule the video verification call?
