Help with csm-brand-review@amazon rejecting provided information
Hello,
I continue to received this message from csm-brand-review@amazon.com on validating that the item is authentic after an inauthentic claim.
As of 2025-05-02, your UGG listings have been removed. Your listings will remain removed and you will no longer be able to fulfill future orders with the listings.
We cannot accept this INVOICE because:
-- It was not validated.
I have provided 365 days of invoices from the manufacturer with our information on it which provides proof of purchase and the quantity matches our sales. We also provided an approval letter from the brand itself stating we are an approved seller. I am not sure what else I can provide. I've asked questions that they have yet to answer regardless of their claim that "we are here to help" if you have questions.
I would appreciate any and all guidance.

There are now two steps for more and more items on here.
Do you have an LOA from the brand saying that you are permitted to sell ON AMAZON?
When you say you have "invoices from the manufacturer" are they from the wholesale side or are they from the public facing website of the manufacturer? Did you have to provide them with your business license and tax exempt number to buy the items?
That is an important distinction because, believe it or not, MANY sellers still think that they can do OA and RA for everything on here and that is not longer true.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you are authorized from UGG to sell their items. The most effective way to get approved to sell this brand is to ask them to add you to their Brand Registry, which is required for many large brands on Amazon, even if you are listed on the brands website as an authorized reseller or have an LOA. If you can please provide me with your approval request case ID, I can see if there is anything further I can do to get you approved.
