Attributes changes not reflecting
We have ten thousands of listings. When we try to change attributes of listings that we own, the changes goes in backend (sellercentral) and dont reflect on the listings even after waiting too long. When we create cases, seller support keeps getting us no where.
Any way that can solve this? like how to force the changes to reflect?
We own the listings and every rules and so are fulfilled

Do you use any 3rd party apps?

Hi @Seller_QR4NgsNGCp5vS, although I can't comment on how your use of 3rd party apps may or may not be affecting your updates, one thing you can try is updating your listings via flat file upload. Then if you run into an error, you can give Seller Support the batch ID to look into it.

I have tried everything...even support people in Brand Registry and Seller Central are unable to help, and in fact they punt the issue back and forth between their departments. Amazon has taken control of the attributes away from the Brand owners...I tried manually changing...not a chance...and tried uploading flat file templates with unreliable results(most don't take, others just change to some other random irrelevant value). If we leave a field blank in the file upload it should stay blank...instead Amazon is making a guess about what the attribute should be and in most cases is guessing wrong.
