Wrong claim by Amazon Regaring my Account VTR

Hello Sellers,

I started selling my products as MFN Model. I shipped 16 Orders in total through Amazon Logistics carrier and updated it’s Tracking IDs. Now after 2 weeks, Amazon ruined my VTR and saying that I selected evri carrier for my 10 orders and considered my Tracking IDs as wrong. Even I checked those orders later and the selected carrier is Amazon Logistics.

Need your sincere advice on how to tackle this because Amazon un trained chat managers and support team is un able to help me and making lame excuses saying that it’s my fault that I selected evri carrier.

But I am getting why amazon played this game with me because Amazon wasn’t able to compete me in one of the product, I captured market on third day after sending my inventory to FBA so Amazon did this to my VTR and now my offer is not featured on my listing, It’s showing as “see all buying options” instead.
