Any channel to address the issues to Amazon seller support team? Please help.
1. Amazon Brand Registary support team does response very fast. But they cannot effectively resolve issues and can provide inaccurate information. Amazon management team needs to look at the number of conversations in order to resolve the issue.
2. Current Amazon Seller support team does not have enough product knowledge to the job. They provide incorrect information. Amazon have too many policies. It is the case that even your seller support team is having difficuty now. I believe some sellers are getting tire of the quick and constant changes.
