Responsible Person Dashboard - Complaince Documents Disappeared
Hi all,
I've just been trying to list one of my ASIN's that has been in our UK inventory for years, on Amazon Spain. The ASIN has been suppressed and Seller Support are saying it's because the compliance document needs updating.
I have completed the necessary changes to the document but, when I visit my Responsible Person dashboard, there is nothing there - literally the whole document library appears to have vanished.
I know Amazon announced recently that they are going to stop offering Responsible Person services, but not until 2024. Why would they wipe our documents? Has anyone else suffered this?
I have entered negotiations with a company in The Netherlands to appoint them as our Responsible Person. Once I do this, how do you register the fact with Amazon? I can't see anywhere in Seller Central where you enter that information.
Any help and advice you can give would be welcomed.
