Buyer fraud -what are the options to escalate when Report abuse gives no news
Hi,
A buyer systematically requests refunds and returns products that are not sellable. I reported the abuse twice, and there was no news from the Amazon teams. The buyer is probably doing the same things with another brand. Only the Amazon team could know. What are my options when Reporting abuse is not helping?

You will never be told what action Amazon has taken, if any, on your report.
