this whole platform has really just become a joke

support is a total joke, the system is completely broken and its sad this platform has cost so many of us sellers incredibly large amounts of money that amazon will never be held accountable for, hung up on twice today by support not for being rude or anything just because who knows, the one lady sounded like she was in a construction zone and this is the service we pay for ? amazon has not only allowed multiple hijackers to continue selling and robbing people but have also changed my product category 3 different times in about 8 months which negatlively effects your ranking its disgusting what this platform has become and they are never held accountable, a trillion dollar business and the cant even provide a secure platform with proper support, iv easily lost over $100,000 and my life savings and theres literally nothing i can do but sit back and watch my business go up in flames because of Amazon, they do not care about sellers one bit and clearly dont care about buyers either

I'm sorry you have been struggling with these issues and I'm certainly sorry that your Seller Support calls failed. If you provide your Seller Support Case Ids I can provide your feedback on these calls and cases to leadership at Seller Support.

In terms of your concerns with bad actors listing against products and violating Amazon's policies. Amazon takes a diverse approach to ensure the Marketplace can be more secure, however bad actors are always looking for ways to bypass our security and strategies. While I know you have likely been told this many times, the best course is to report the sellers you know are violating Amazon policies. I can understand that it's frustrating that you are not informed of the results of these investigations, but these investigations are confidential in the same way that we don't share information on your account with others.

I'm happy to take any additional feedback you have on your experience to the appropriate leadership teams. I appreciate your understanding.
