Zero sales for last 3 days
I am a new seller. I got orders in the start using PPC. I also got many orders organically. But for last 3 days my sale are zero. Even my listing is ranking in many keywords on 1st page. PPC is also running. Without PPC my orders were 4-5 average per day. I did not received any reviews or feedback yet but received orders. Listing is ok because same listing was getting orders few days back.

Hi @Seller_O4ooqBVdo0mRf,
Slowdowns in sales can happen for many reasons. Sometimes it can be due to seasonality, or sometimes it's just simply a change in customer behavior.
I realize you are already utilizing Amazon Ads and choosing keywords that support a good search ranking. However, it is also important that you are showing up to the correct customer base, and that those customers are happy with what they see when they visit your detail pages.
- Optimize your product discoverability - have you switched up any of your search terms or keywords recently? While having consistently popular search terms is important, we always suggest optimizing those terms as the things customers search for tend to change frequently.
- Help increase sales with product improvement tips from Amazon Ads - although you are seeing some sales from your ads, you might be able to increase those by taking a look at the quality of your detail pages. Customer might be clicking on the ads, but do they like what they see when they visit the detail page? Ads can help bring buyers to your detail pages, but quality bullet points, images, product videos, and A+ content might be why they decide to buy.
Additionally, if your products are newer and have less than 30 reviews, you might consider enrolling them in Amazon Vine to help get initial product reviews.
As I said above, changes in sales can happen for many reasons and are most likely due to a change in customer behavior. The above information can help you learn how to combat those changes.
Let me know if you have any questions!
