IPI Score is dropping every day

Can someone help me understand why our IPI Score in account health keeps on dropping everyday?

We have 1 compliance issue that has been addressed and we are just waiting for it to be cleared after 180 days (per Amazon). We also have less than 90% OTDR, other than these we do not have any other compliance issue, but still our IPI score is dropping every day.
