Missing Items from Inbound please help. I have created multiple cases and no help. URGENT!

I have created multiple cases because the original case ID 15954138051 has been "resolved" when it hasn't. I have provided multiple order confirmations, shipping confirmations and delivery confirmations as well as screenshots showing ownership of this inventory as well as the correct # of units sent. They tell me to open new cases but they end up being merged back into this case ID 15954138051. I am missing about 36 units of mostly shoes that come in the original shoe box which takes a lot of space and fits into big boxes to send into FBA. I am not sure how they miscount 36 units of shoes. Please help anyone.

Dominic from Amazon here, want to provide some additional information. The reason why this has not be resolved is the documents do not meet the requirements.

Proof of inventory ownership including the date of purchase/packing, product names, and quantity such as

  • a signed packing slip if you are the manufacturer with the shipment or purchase order ID
  • an invoice from a supplier including the full name and address of the invoice issuer and of the purchaser

This shipment has been escalated to the highest possible authority regarding missing shipments and unless documentation is provided unfortunately we will not have a path forward.
