****MULTIPLE 1-STAR FAKE REVIEWS FROM A COMPETITOR!!!
A competitor is bombarding our product with FAKE 1-star reviews. Here are the clear signs of manipulations:
1) Suspicious Review Activity:
• One customer profile posted 16 IDENTICAL reviews in ONE day (October 26), all saying, "2 thumbs up." What a real person would behave like that???
• Another profile ONLY posts 1-star reviews—15 of them in a row, all negative. It's hard to believe this reflects genuine shopping experiences rather than a deliberate attempt to harm reputations of brands on Amazon.
2) Anonymous Customer Profiles:
• These profiles lack any identifiable name or profile picture, which raises significant doubts about their authenticity.
3) No Customer Engagement:
• None of these reviewers have responded to our messages offering assistance or solutions, making it clear they have no intention of addressing any legitimate concerns.
4) Suspicious reviews claims with No Follow-Up:
• These reviews mention such issues with products as "does not work", “useless” yet none of these reviewers have requested any refunds or replacements—standard actions for real customers experiencing genuine problems.
We've reported this issue to Amazon Brand Registry (Case ID: 16563787061) as these reviews clearly violate Amazon’s Customer Reviews Policy. Despite this, Amazon has not taken actions to remove these suspicious reviews.
Has anyone else encountered something similar? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
@Joey_Amazon, @SEAmod, please help stop this malpractice.

Report it to Amazon. If they don't take care of it, report it to the law. As of last week, that is illegal.
