Missing some of the items sent to Amazon warehouse

I sent in a shipment containing 16 different handmade items. I received a message that there were 6 missing items. I opened up an investigation. They found 3 of the items but were still missing the other 3 items. Now they are requesting a packing slip from the shipment. Where do I find a packing slip for a previous order. I am new and this is only the third shipment that I have sent out.

Just curious, if you run the Inventory Ledger report for the affected ASINs, does it initially show them receiving the full amount and then a negative receipt later?

How to support a reimbursement claim - FBA, Handmade

Since Handmade sellers don't have the same manufacturing process as other sellers, we received information from our FBA team partners about the reimbursement process and some steps Handmade sellers can take to make it run more smoothly.

As the manufacturer you can provide a ‘pack-list’ instead of providing invoices.

A pack-list is a document that includes the complete list of items included in a carton, and generally includes SKU numbers, product titles, UPCs, and the quantity of units that need to be sent out in order to accurately complete an order.

Receipts of raw materials are not required. The pack-list can be downloaded from within the shipment details in Seller Central.

A pack list must include:

  • Shipped date
  • Product titles
  • Quantity shipped
  • Manufacturer signature or stamp

Please let me know if you have questions about this, and what your experience is in utilizing this suggestion.
