Requesting a Video Audit to Verify My Amazon Account

I am writing to appeal the Sales Policy Performance Notice I recently received regarding "Seller Account Deactivation". I would like to verify my Amazon account via video audit for the following reasons:

1、 My Amazon account has never violated any of Amazon's policies since I registered it in February 2023, so I think there is a possibility that this account review was wrongly closed.

2. In the performance notification email, it mentions "Unable to verify seller account information, or did not receive new information about sales history." I wanted a video audit to prove the authenticity of the company information and to show the authenticity of the products we sell and actively run our Amazon store.

3、 I have submitted the required complaint information twice but still failed, and the waiting time for the review information is too long causing our company's business to be affected, I would like to verify my Amazon account in a more efficient way through video review.

I have prepared the following information in response to the account audit, all of the all of the grievance materials provided are true, and I can go to a notary public to impartialize any of the grievance materials if there is any doubt about the authenticity of the materials provided.

There is currently no way to conduct Seller initiated video calls. Such requests come from Amazon. If our review team determines you are eligible for such a call, you will be notified via either Performance Notification or email. Within this message would be instructions on how to set up the call.

If so, we would need new information as our review team has already deemed your previous documents as unviable for account reinstatement.
