FBA Customer return reason "The item never arrived"
Hello,
We've had several FBA orders refunded with the customer return reason as "The item never arrived".
Eventually, we do see an FBA Inventory Reimbursement credited to our account, however the amount is always lower than expected.
We don't receive a credit for the failure of FBA fulfilment fee and we also have to pay the refund commission.
Surely if FBA have failed to deliver to the customer, I should be credited this fee as Amazon have reneged on their obligation? And the refund commission despite it's low value is just pure greed.
I've asked SS, but they are aren't the brightest bunch.
