A-Z Claim Unfair decision by Amazon
We have an order customer filed claim saying package lost.
After we send customer tracking link and signature paperwork, customer confirmed the order has been received.
We received this message below from Amazon customer service
Reason for contact: This is the Amazon Customer Service in behalf of Dayna.
Customer called to inform that the order was received. The A to Z guarantee claim has been withdrawn and cancelled.
The refund of $2,113.31 USD has been reversed and charged back to the customer.
However, the claim was granted by A to Z team, and appeal was denied as well.
We have opened 3 cases. but no help at all
Now, we have lost $2,000, and Amazon cannot do anything to help us.

Does the claim show as "Withdrawn by buyer" within your account? While the team reviews, it may be beneficial to reach out to the buyer through buyer/seller messaging to ask if they did really withdraw the claim or receive the item. Regardless, I'll be sure to follow up on this thread as I receive a response.
