i need help about re active account
First of all, I would like to start this article by hoping that I have brought up the subject in the right place.
I have a deactivation process that started about a month ago. When opening my account, I went through all the details and opened my account carefully. After going through the video call (showing ID) tabs, my account was activated. However, after I was asked for an invoice, I sent the invoices and then received a response saying "We cannot activate your account." The reason is "Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement." I have read all the explanations under this subject, but I could not understand what I did wrong and how. I asked for help on this issue many times, but although I was told that someone who spoke Turkish would call and inform me, no one called.
Strategic account manager for Amazon's global sales team on the subject During our meeting with Mr. MOHD MANAZIR, when he examined my account health from the system, we did not understand why I was going through such a process that I did not have any violations, and in order to prove that I was the account owner until this process, I sent my water and natural gas bill, my credit card statement with which I paid on amazon.com, my taxpayer document, I shared my identity, my driver's license, the statements of my active bank account, my payooner account statement, in short, I shared everything an individual would have, but the result was always "We completed our evaluation of your submission." "We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time." I have not written here until now because I do not want to tire you unnecessarily on the subject, but I request you to please help me on the subject. What other documents do I need to submit to activate my account? What am I doing wrong ? I would be very grateful if you could please inform me about the issue in detail.
Best Regards.

It appears that the invoices you submitted were not valid (from a Amazon approved supplier). Or your documents did not match the information you used to sign up with.
You can post your original notice (removing personal info) for more insight.

Hello @Seller_6U5awibgdN5Ch,
Thank you for reaching out. I hope all is well.
As mentioned in the title, I understand that you are reaching out for assistance on reinstating your account. The seller forums community and I are here to help. In order for us to better assist you, I would like to ask you a couple of questions.
To the response you have received, does it pertain information on why your account was deactivated? What is your business practice like? Does your business practice follow our Amazon Business Solutions Agreement?
There are requirements certain documents must meet in order to be considered valid. Invoices are going to demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured.
These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
- Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
- You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review
Per the global seller identity verification help page, the required documents are a government-issued ID card, business license, proof of address, additional documents for legal and compliance obligations. The documents must be valid, in high resolution and unobstructed, and authentic and unaltered. If the documents are in a foreign language, it must be translated and notarized and submit the translated documents with the original documents.
Was this information requested in the initial performance notification?
The forums community and I are here to assist you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns from this point forward.
Best,
