Raddiculous Sold By Amazon, our brand product being sold by Amazon from oversea, customer service sucks.

Our product only sell in US, Amazon official sell our product in UK, some customer buy it, and Amazon ship our product from US to UK to customer. However, our product is 110v appliance, UK can not use it. Then customer request a return.

Amazon charge customer £200 to return and deduct 170 for returning. That's totally unacceptable for cutomer.

Then he submit a 1-star feedback, which is affecting our listing.

Then I submit a ticket to ask Amazon delete that review, for it is not making any sense.

Amazon sounds don't understand what my request is and keep auto replying garbage message to me.

I would suggest going into your fulfillment settings and make sure that Allow Amazon to buy my products to sell globally is disabled.

I only wanted to pop in to provide you with this link that to review that discusses the steps you can take to disable this feature in Seller Central.

How can I opt out of the program?

To opt out, go to Fulfillment by Amazon settings and select Edit next to Allow Amazon to buy my products to sell globally. This will allow you to choose the global stores you want to sell into, and to opt out of this program entirely should you want to.
