New Seller Support screen

I am having problems with the new seller support webpage.

I can't copy and paste anything. As you will all know this is really important as it is usually necessary to provide the same information several times. Has anyone found a way to do this?

Also they seem to quite often prevent me sending a message back. The only option is to open a chat or make a phone call. I don't have time for this. I tried it yesterday and spent over an hour on the chat. I got passed to 5 different people (having to explain the issue each time) before I gave up in frustration.

Is this a new approach?
