Pallets AND floor loaded boxes for 1 FTL Shipment

Hi, I am sending my first FTL inventory to Amazon FBA via 3rd party carrier and have created my shipment successfully (21 pallets total). However I now have an issue where my factory is unable to fit all 21 pallets into the 20 GP sized shipping container. They can only fit 20 pallets, and the last pallet will have to be broken down and placed into the container in boxes instead.

Has anyone experienced mixing pallets with loose boxes in their LTL/FTL shipments to FBA? Is this allowable and/or acceptable by the FC? All boxes will have FBA shipment labels on them.. but I just want to make sure it is okay.

Want to check that 1) my shipment will not be rejected for doing this & 2) if I need to change any settings in the system for my shipment info (which still lists 21 pallets even though technically one pallet is just boxes)

Any advice would be appreciated!
