FBA Registration - Own Brand vs. Manufacturer

I’d like to clarify a regulatory point with you. The factory that manufactures our supplements is already registered with the FDA. In this case, is their FDA registration enough for us to be allowed to sell on Amazon US? Or does our own brand also need to have a separate FDA registration or approval?
Just to explain better: we have a partner responsible for producing our products, and we sell them under our own brand.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and the all requirements to list Dietary Supplements are in that link as well as which supplements are covered in the policy. I recommend the help page because if any changes to the policy occur, the information on the help page will be updated to reflect it properly.
Based on what you posted here, the manufacturing facility must be compliant with the FDA's Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations (cGMPs, 21 CFR 111/117 or equivalent). If you are labeling the product, then it is your responsibility to ensure the products are labeled according to guidelines set forth by the FDA and do not contain illegal or disease claims.
There are many other requirements so I recommend going over the help page linked above in its entirety.
