LOST INBOUND SHIPMENT CLAIM
UPS lost my shipment, says I must file claim through Amazon (cause I purchased shipping label via AMZ). So, I filed caseID=17035804991 on Jan 17th. After nearly 6 weeks of inaction by Seller Support, this morning I get an email requesting proof of purchase documents. I provided all of these docs to Seller Support on January 21st. So, essentially nothing has been done in the last 6 weeks. Can a mod assist with my case?
