A-Z Claim granted to buyer after returned damaged product, missing parts and damaged box.

Hello.

I have send a new product to this client. The product was sealed and I have photos from it showing serial number, packing slip, external box.

So this client receive the product, opens it, use it and see that this product have a discount in another store. So he asks for a return.

I grant the return and receive the product. I make a video of the returned box and unboxing it. I have that proof with me. Also took photos. So the product have 2 missing parts, have some scratches from bad use, and the external box damaged. I consider a refund but with 40% fee (this is in the amazon return policy). This client don't agree and files a A to Z claim with the motive "Different from what I ordered" and Amazon grant the Claim. I then appeal with photos of the returned product and Amazon simply uphold the claim in against me.

So what to do next? Is this normal procedure? Because if it is, scam people can do this all the time and take advantage of this.... I cannot sell this product because is missing parts and it's an expensive one.

Please help...Will Amazon authorize this kind of scams with un-honest people?
