Paying VAT from a positive balance on an account. Amazon is inactive and just ignores all messages!

Earlier I received a notice that I had to pay about £9385.83 for VAT - and I agreed to do this from my positive balance on my account, I also sent an email to mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk as stated in the notice about the final VAT calculation! It also says that I will be answered within 48 hours - but this is a complete lie and nonsense - I have written several times and I have not been answered for many months! This is a complete deception on the part of amazon and not fulfill their obligations! And now my payments are still blocked and I still have a notification in my Health account that "Your disbursements are on temporary hold.".

Amazon, this is the 10th time I have contacted you with a question about how I can pay my VAT tax liability! Earlier in the letter you sent me you informed me that I can pay them from my positive balance on my account! I have repeatedly asked you to withdraw the funds from my positive balance, but for some reason you still have not done so! I ask you again, how can I pay my tax liabilities - from my positive balance? !!!!.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello @Spencer_Amazon, I have the same issue. Amazon Balance is more than Outstanding VAT liability. Tried calling with Account Health Team, written emails to MDRI, no solution yet. Please look into it..
