Brand name not showing on Product Title
When I first contacted Seller support that my Brand name is not showing on the Product Title, they said that it is because my Brand was not Trade marked. So, I went to the TM proces and got my Brand Registrered. So I have the Brand Approved and Trademarked It stil not show on the listing.
Just to be clear: I Trademarked my Brand after the listing was active. I have the approval from Amazon.
Contacted Seller supprt again and now they say that I have to Delete my listing and create a New one?? Any suggestions? I read on the Forum something about an Amazon experiment??

The TESS database shows that the trademark was accepted on Nov 1, 2024. It normally takes about 1 year for the trademark to complete the process to become registered. Your trademark hasn't made it to an examiner yet and after that it will have to go through the publication process.
Although Amazon excepts a brand into Amazon Brand Registry with the US Serial Number, Amazon does not completely recognize the brand until the brand has completed the process and have a US Registered Number. Until then, you are in a holding pattern.
After the trademark has completed and has it's US Registered Number, it may be possible to have Amazon Brand Registry work with you to have the brand added to the title.
Seller Support was correct in the policy of that any change to a listing concerning brand would normally mean the seller would have to create a new listing. Amazon has accepted your brand into Amazon Brand Registry and allowed for the brand name to be used on the listing as the brand. This is a plus as it will allow Amazon Brand Registry to help you add the name to the title once the trademark is complete with the US Registered Number.
Wait until the trademark is complete with US Registered Number and then work with Amazon Brand Registry to get the brand name to show in the title.

Thanks for reaching out. I have reviewed your cases and the first case is with Seller Support and the second case is with FBA. You will need to create a case to Brand Registry through your Brand Registry account so they can investigate the issue and see if they can get an exemption that allows your brand to be in the title. You can also try upload a category specific file with the title and brand and title to see if this pushes the information through before contacting Brand Registry as they may require you to do that before they can investigate, so be sure to provide them with the Batch ID showing you tried to fix this.
I have also reviewed your product, and I would fix your title and remove the | between the words as they are against the Title Requirements Policy and update your main image as the main image can only display the actual product with no extra graphics per the Image Policy. This will help ensure that your listings are compliant so that they are not removed for these violations.
If you still have issues after you create your case with Brand Registry and they have fully investigated, please reply back with your case ID so we can take a look further.
