I've proved from letter from manufacturer also. And other sellers have had no issues.

Just because the manufacturer says so does not mean it is. They would, wouldn’t they?
If you want the opinion of other sellers, mention the ASIN. You may not like what you hear though.
Regarding other sellers selling the same item, their time will probably come eventually.

Also, using derivatives of the Amazon name in your store name is against policy.
