Account health rating stuck on same number since January
I have contacted Amazon multiple times and I just keep getting transferred between Account health support and regular support. My problem is my account health rating has been stuck on same rating since January. I know 1 point goes up for every 50 orders. I have had 1600 orders and my rating has remained the same since January. Today, it went down 4 points, first change since January without any violations. I just don't know whom do I need to contact because I keep getting emails explaining how the Account health rating works. I am aware of how it works. I just need my ratings to change and not remain the same. Obviously there is a glitch in the system but nobody can seem to solve it. Any help from forum contributor or Amazon support would be appreciated.

It doesn't go up every 50 orders. Take the last 180 days of sales and divide by 200 (round that number to the whole number (25.2 wouldbe 25) and multiply that by 4, that should be your AHR point varaiation up or down.

Thank you for your post, I can see you have an inquiry on the account health rating.

As mentioned by @TVOI50, the calculation for the account health rating is done by every 200 completed orders. You can verify these details on our account health rating: frequently asked questions help page in seller central.
Here’s a section explaining the calculation from this page:
Will you share the formula of the AHR scores and the exact point values for violations?
To calculate your AHR, all new sellers start with a score of 200. Points are deducted from your AHR score each time we find a new policy violation, and added back when you successfully address that violation. Point values for each violation are based on severity level and typically range from 2 to 8, though critical violations automatically bring your AHR score to zero. Also, if you violate the same policy multiple times, in some cases negative point values double per repeat violation. To ensure your AHR is evaluated in context of the size of your business, you also gain 4 points for every 200 successful orders you fulfilled over the last 180 days.
As noted on this page, the score can also be determined by any policy violations that may be unaddressed in the account health. If no pending or unaddressed issues are present, then the order volume would be the primary impact of the score.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
