Amazon Buy Shipping Label Missing Information
I use Amazon shipping for all my orders and 95% of them are fine. However, over the last few months I've had a small amount of orders being returned back to me from Royal Mail with the return reason "incomplete address".
I spoke to my customers and they confirmed the address on the order details was correct, I then realised that Amazon are missing crutial information on the postage labels e.g Names of schools etc. Leaving just the contact name and the road name with postcode.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I have opened a case with Amazon but I highly doubt they will refund postage costs for their errors.
I have just had one returned back to me today due to this, however I cannot contact them to let them know because it is an invoiced by Amazon order, for some stupid reason Amazon do not allow me to contact the customer unless I'm contacted first, which means an A-Z claim for a £200 order could come my way!

For future reference, I always check suspect or odd-looking addresses at 'royalmail.com/find-a-postcode' (I can't post the full URL due to silly forum restrictions)>
I ofen find there is a mismatch between the addresses given on Amazon and RM's preferred format.
