My business has a storefront that was create by a third party. They are no longer in business. How do I reclaim the storefront and fix and update the page?

Do you have access to the account on which the storefront was created? I think you typically have to be enrolled in the brand registry program and it will be in Amazon Ads.

As @Seller_eyq5Q5mIyV5gu mentions above, accounts must be enrolled into Brand Registry in order to have the option to create a Brand Store!
