Removal of negative review
discussion. I had the customer leave a negative review
1) unhappy with the size. (Package clearly states 2 ounce bags)
2) that product says three month supply ( details clearly say 30 days/1 month supply
The feedback eludes to misleading the customer and their basis of the complaint was outlined multiple places ( package and detail page.
How can I get the review and 1 star rating removal? Are we able to reach out to the customer to request the removal?

Don't mix the words REVIEWS and FEEBDACK in the same question.
REVIEWS are left on the product page.
FEEDBACK is left in your personal account.
No matter which it is you are concerned about, it is there to stay. Feedback comes at a rate of 1-2 per 100 sales and reviews com even less. After a thousand more sales they disappear down the page and will be forgotten. Jeff Bezos' subconscious method of forcing sellers to have more sales.

Thanks for reaching out with your concerns. Seeing as you have an order ID it sounds like the issue is related to Buyer Feedback and not a Product Review, as the specific Order ID is not provided for a Product Review.
You can request the removal of feedback as indicated on the Request removal of feedback help page. Please note that Amazon will only remove feedback on feedback that meets the criteria mentioned on the Can Amazon remove buyer feedback? help page.
After you have contacted your buyer and addressed their concerns, you can politely ask them if they can remove their negative feedback by taking the steps mentioned in the When buyers want to remove feedback help page. Please note that the buyer can choose to not remove their feedback.
