He tratado de cambiar la foto principal de mi producto ya que no es la que yo seleccioné, hice ya la modificación en gestión de imágenes y en amazon seller sí sale com principal la imagen que elegí, pero en la pagina de amazon de los clientes no sale.

Are you the brand owner? If not, these are difficult to impossible to get changed.
If you have a case with Seller Support, post the Case ID and maybe a CM will be along to offer assistance.
You can also try the Self-service tool or updating the PDP using the Listing Loader file upload.
