My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if you were having issues going through the INFORM Consumers Act verification?
I had a chance to peek at your account and by navigating your your 'Account Health' page, I see that you still need to go through the "Identity Verification' portion of the verifications for the INFORM Consumers Act.
You should be able to begin this by clicking the red text 'Identity Verification (Reverify)' link.
