My Brand Was Registered by USPTO and have all rights to report sellers but Brand Registry Removed My Brand and after appealing they keep denying the approval after i have submitted all types of documents such as evidence of ownership like Registration certification, USPTO Receipt and Product Pictures. The reason i get from Brand registry is that my brand was doing abusive behavior by submitting IP Complaints while my brand was Pending with USPTO. At this moment i Don't know what else to do as sellers on the amazon platform are sending counterfeits under my brand without my authorization, and even with submitting reports thru the Report and abuse system the complaints get denied automatically. I need help on getting brand registry back since i have all documentation.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I think I can assist with how to report the IP violations even without enrollment in Brand Registry.
You can utilize the Report Infringement form. You do not have to be enrolled in Brand Registry to report the infringement and link your TM.
As for the rejected appeals for reinstating your Brand in Brand Registry, I cannot escalate any further and I advise that you review the appeal rejection response you received yesterday (12/13/23) and focus on the reasons listed, as they describe why your appeal has been rejected.
I know this is difficult to absorb and please let me know if you have any other questions.
