Amazon is not responding to my cases

Dear Amazon Support

Amazon bill me unrecognized charge. I tried many times contact support to resolved this problem. My account deactivated and I cannot contact support! I do not want selling in UK. My VAT expired and I do not want to renew.

Dear Amazon Support

Amazon bill me unrecognized charge. I tried many times contact support to resolved this problem. My account deactivated and I cannot contact support! I do not want selling in UK. My VAT expired and I do not want to renew.

This is not Amazon support - simply a forum of other sellers, so nothing we can do.

You need to open a case with Seller Support 'Help' at top right of seller homepage. If your account is deactivated then you will not be able to close it until you get it reactivated. Why was it deactivated ?

As mentioned in another thread, when logging into Seller Central, it prompts you to "Update credit card information."

I regret to inform you that if you do not update the payment method, you will be unable to proceed further. To reactivate the account or request a charge reimbursement, it's imperative that you first update the payment method and then contact us either through the "Call me now" button or by creating a case.

If you need any further assistance, you can post here so that we or any of the sellers on forum can help you.
