Problems creating the deposit method

Hello, I have problems creating the deposit method, I assign Amazon.com as Marketplace assigned, in the location of the bank select Colombia and then click on the Sing Up Up for Hyperwallet button, I perform the login with Amazon with my Amazon Seller credentials I click on the Allow button, then it does not allow me to enter Hyperwallet and show the following message:

Your Seller Central User is not Linked to Any Deposit Method. PLEASE Sign Up for Hyperwallet via Your Amazon Seller Central Portal in Order to Access Your Account.

Could anyone help me please?

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration that this is causing. Have you opened a seller support case with this issue? If so would you kindly post the the case id number(s) into the comment section.

In the interim, please view the following resources to help troubleshoot:

To start receiving disbursements in your local currency, apply for a Hyperwallet account through Seller Central using the instructions below:

  1. Log into Seller Central.
  2. Choose Settings and click Account Info.
  3. On the Seller Account Information page, go to the Payment Information section and then click Bank Account Information.
  4. Click Replace deposit method if a bank account is already registered or Assign.
  5. Select the country of your bank account in the Bank Location drop-down menu.
  6. Click Sign up for Hyperwallet to apply for a Hyperwallet deposit account. You will be redirected to Hyperwallet’s website where you can apply for a Hyperwallet account using your Amazon Seller credentials.For the US Marketplace, if you already have a Hyperwallet account, return to Seller Central, select United States as the Bank Location Country, and enter the deposit account details which Hyperwallet has provided to you.

If you have questions about your bank account information in Seller Central, visit Bank Account Information.
