Valid Tracking Rate & Royal Mail
Hi,
We recently have started using Royal Mail to ship our Large Letter parcel format.
The service code is PPT and the service name is Royal Mail 48.
However we noticed that if the tracking number for the parcel had no delivery scan, it is marked as a defect by Amazon and this affects VTR.
We previously used another company, who used to collect our Large Letters and hand it over to Royal Mail to access their DSA (Down Stream Access) and this never was a problem.
Is there a work around this? It has just been two days and this may settle down to manageable levels, but we are genuinely concerned that our VTR will now drop below the 95% mark, which then puts our seller account at risk.
Please let us know.
Thank you.
Kind regards,

You may receive a Valid Tracking Rate warning as a result of low scan rate. However, we will validate unscanned tracking or package IDs with the integrated carrier before suspending your offers in the affected category. Your offers will not be suspended if you have provided valid IDs, including for all parcels that have not been scanned by the carrier. This includes delivery confirmation-only methods such as Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail first class or Royal Mail second class.
